How EQO24 works.
The machine heats, mixes and breaks down food waste. Automatically and right where you are.
Fill in organic waste
Food waste, kitchen scraps, leaves and grass go straight into the machine. Branches and other large pieces are shredded first. Cutlery, packaging and plastic must stay out.
The machine works automatically
It heats, mixes and breaks down the waste. Every cycle hygienises it automatically: at least 60 minutes at a minimum of 70 °C, monitored and logged.
Take out the pre-compost
After 10–24 hours you take out hygienised pre-compost, with up to approx. 90 % less volume (depending on the material).
Let it mature
After a curing period it becomes compost. We'll plan with you how to use it.

Hygienic in every cycle
Every cycle hygienises the waste automatically: at least 60 minutes at a minimum of 70 °C. The control system monitors the temperature and logs time, duration and progress.
That makes documentation in your hygiene concept easier.

Less odour thanks to a triple filter
The exhaust air is filtered in three stages: UV-C light, silica gel and activated carbon. The filters are serviced regularly.
What happens to the pre-compost.
The pre-compost still needs a curing period. How it is used afterwards depends on the material and local rules. We'll plan this with you.
