Privacy policy

This website is provided via the Lovable platform (Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden). Delivery takes place via the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA, with data centres distributed worldwide. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Lovable.

When you access the website, technically required data is processed in server log files: IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. Processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log data is stored only for as long as necessary for these purposes.

This website only uses technically necessary cookies or comparable technologies where required for its operation. We do not use any analytics, tracking or marketing tools.

The Manrope font is delivered locally from our server. There is no connection to external font providers. No maps or other third-party content are embedded. YouTube videos are only loaded after your click (see the YouTube section).

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

The details entered in the enquiry form (e.g. organisation, name, email, industry, quantity of residues, message) are processed to handle your project enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Form submission/service providers

When submitted online, your details are stored together with the text and time of your consent and your browser identifier in a Lovable Cloud database. The database is operated on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in the us-east-2 region (Ohio, USA). To notify our sales team, the enquiry is forwarded to vertrieb@eqo24.com via Lovable's email service. Within our company, the only recipient is our sales team.

To prevent misuse, we limit the number of enquiries per connection. For this purpose we do not store any IP address in plain text, only a pseudonymised check value (salted hash), which is automatically deleted after 24 hours. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Alternatively, you can send your enquiry from your own email program; section 4 applies.

On selected pages we embed videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) in privacy-enhanced mode. A connection to YouTube is only established when you click on the video. Personal data such as your IP address may then be transferred to Google, including to the USA. The legal basis is your consent through the click (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Without a click, no data is transferred to YouTube. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by reloading the page; the video will then no longer be loaded.

We provide links to WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) on our website – on the German- and English-language pages for our German phone number, and on the Turkish-language pages for our office in Antalya. WhatsApp is only opened when you use a link; its privacy policy then applies. We process messages you send us via WhatsApp to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR).

Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial and tax law) prevent deletion. Enquiries from the enquiry form are automatically deleted 24 months after the last contact unless a contract follows.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).

Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. An informal message to info@eqo24.com is sufficient.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
